MailNail Cookie Policy
Version 1.0. Effective 2026-09-28.
This policy lists what MailNail stores on your device, on the website at mailnail.com and in the app at app.mailnail.com. Matyáš Černý, IČO 10751084, runs MailNail. Our privacy policy covers everything else.
We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking, and we sell no data.
What we store
Everything below is set by MailNail itself. Nothing is shared with other sites.
Needed for the service. These keep you signed in and let a setup step finish. The law lets us store them without asking, and the app cannot work without them.

Analytics. We use our analytics provider, PostHog, on its EU servers.
- In the app, analytics store nothing on your device. They run in memory and end when you close the tab. We record how you use the app on the basis of our legitimate interest, and you can switch it off at any time in Privacy settings.
- On the website, analytics count page views. They store nothing on your device and send nothing until you agree. You can change your answer at any time in the website's banner.
Bot check. The signup page loads a bot check from Cloudflare, which may store an item of its own to tell people from bots. It runs only on that page.
Your choices
Your browser lets you block or delete anything above. If you delete the session cookie, you are signed out. If you clear your settings, the app returns to its defaults.
The legal basis for needed items is Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Section 89 of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. For analytics on the website, it is your consent. Analytics in the app store nothing on your device, so these rules do not apply to them.
