MailNail Subprocessors
Version 1.1. Effective 2026-10-18.
These are the companies that process personal data for MailNail. Each one acts only on our instructions, under a contract that binds it to protect the data. Matyáš Černý, IČO 10751084, runs MailNail and is the controller. For a team workspace, this is also the subprocessor list of our data processing agreement.

Transfers. Where a provider is a US company, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where the provider is not certified.
Not on this list. Some companies receive data because you chose them, so they act for you and not for us:
- your mail provider, such as Google or Microsoft, when you connect an inbox
- your workspace's own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google account for the AI features
- the model provider behind an agent you connect
- Stripe and its affiliate Link, which take the payment for your plan under their own terms
Changes
We update this page at least 30 days before a new provider starts to process personal data. A workspace that uses our data processing agreement can object within that time, as the agreement describes. If we must replace a provider at once for security or to keep the service running, we tell you right after.
